Bridge Meadows is a three-generation community where foster youth find permanent, loving homes; adoptive parents find support and elders find meaning and purpose in their daily lives.

Where do the families who live at Bridge Meadows come from?
Families are referred to us by the Department of Human Services and have usually started the process of adoption or legal guardianship already.

Do the residents of Bridge Meadows pay rent?
Yes, both the families and the elders at Bridge Meadows pay rent. For elders, rent is income restricted and follows affordable housing guidelines. For parents, income is not restricted; however, their rent is based on a percentage of their gross income.

How is Bridge Meadows funded?
Bridge Meadows is privately funded by generous individuals, corporations, foundations and rental income.
